Pätina obranného rozpočtu Ruska sa každoročne rozkradne
Skorumpovaní vysokí úradníci, nepoctiví generáli a podnikatelia každoročne v Rusku rozkradnú až pätinu rozpočtu na obranu. Ak vezmeme, že obranný rozpočet krajiny na rok 2011 bol stanovený na 53 miliárd dolárov, tak rozkradnutá pätina tvorí asi 10 miliárd.
A fifth of Russia’s state defence spending is stolen every year by corrupt officials, dishonest generals and crooked contractors, Russia’s chief military prosecutor said in an interview published on Tuesday.
