EURO môže byť pre dolár akousi zbraňou hromadného ničenia. Ak by OPEC presedlal z USD na EUR, pre greenback by to znamenalo rýchlu devastáciu. Vyvolalo by to okamžite aj krízu na Wall Street a prepad v roku 1929 by oproti nej vyzeral ako malý malý vánok.
