Koľko rokov príjmu je potrebných na kúpu bytu
Najnedostupnejšie byty pre priemernú rodinu sú v Bielorusku a Rusku. Priemerná bieloruská rodina musí na byt vydať 28 ročný príjem, ruská 26. Najhoršie sú na tom Maročania. Tí až 67 ročný! Najlepšie sú na tom USA, len príjem za 2,7 roka; ale aj Dominikánska republika. Za 3,5 ročný si môžu kúpiť byt.
V Európe je to asi najhoršie v Čiernej Hore. Tam musí priemerná rodina vydať 30 ročný príjem. Najlepšie je na tom Švédsko (4,2); Belgicko (4,3); Nemecko(4,4); Cyprus (5,1); Rakúsko (5,2), Švajčiarsko(5,4).
Nasledujú: Turecko (5,6); Bahrajn (5,7); Ekvádor (5,8), Fínsko(6,2); Brazília (6,3) a Holandsko (6,5).
No a Slovensko? Napr. rodina s dvoma deťmi a čistým príjmom 1100€. Ročný je teda 13200€. Byt stojí okolo 70000€. Takže rodina musí vydať asi 5,3 ročný príjem.
