Po finančnej kríze prichádza ďalšia kríza - vitamínová. Vedci zistili, že sa v populácii rozmáha nedostatok vitamínu D. Odporúča sa, aby sa obzvlášť tehotné ženy v prvom trimestri nechali otestovať na D-éčko.
Everyone can get tested for vitamin D deficiency, but Wagner believes it's imperative for pregnant women.
"Every pregnant woman warrants having their vitamin D checked," she said. "I recommend every woman be checked in the first trimester, if possible."
