Španielska dedina Villamayor de Santiago nachádzajúca sa južne od Madridu sa opätovne vracia k starým pesetám. Asi 30 obchodov v dedine začalo za tovar akceptovať pesety, ktoré si občania nevymenili za EUR. Ľudia si ich držali pre prípad kolapsu eura.
