Argumenty proti zlatu v portfóliu

Hoci väčšina analytikov podporuje zlato ako investíciu v portfóliu každého investora, aspoň jeden analytik je proti tomu. Tvrdí, že je to len rally, ktoré jedného dňa skončí. zvýšený dopyt najmä z Indie a Číny je už vraj v súčasnej cene odrazený.

While there is no denying that gold has done remarkably well over the last ten years, Connolly does not believe that there is anything fundamentally different about this cycle.

"It is a rally - it's a sustained bull rally and at some point it will stop," he says. But, he is unable to say when it will come down, "The answer is nobody knows - if that stops today, tomorrow in a month, in a year, in five years or 10 years time, but at some point it will stop.

And, he says, while there is still an argument to be made for continued demand for the yellow metal, particularly from India and China, all of that is known and is already reflected in the price.
