Ceny nehnuteľností budú klesať
Ceny nehnuteľností sa v súčasnosti nachádzajú v obdobnej situácii ako zlato a striebro v rokoch 1980-82 tzn., že majú pred sebou mnohoročný pokles. Doba, kedy ľudia ukladali (na dlhodobo) do nich svoje peniaze sa pravdepodobne končí. Avšak jediné, čo si svoju hodnotu a atraktivitu zachová bude poľnohospodárska pôda.
Názor, ktorý je podľa nás celkom reálny. Hoci je napísaný na podmienky v USA, určite je aplikovateľný aj na SVK (resp. aj Európu). Contemplate!

Its only after 1982 that real Estate took on monetary wealth storage status with falling rates and a lack of real functional money like Gold. In the future the only real estate that will do good is if a hwy casino or airport or something big comes near by.
Currently it is all reversing. Gold is coming back as monetary storage item, and everything else will take the back seat, like it should be.
It was a long dumb experiment going onto a paper money system, and over riding Gold. It caused people to use real estate as the exact wrong replacement for Gold.
Real estate is too easy to produce, Gold is not. Real estate is too heavy too big connected to tax pigs and can be moved, and is not devisible.
Gold is the future now without a doubt.
