Paládium US$800 koncom 2010

S oživovaním globálnej ekonomiky môže podhodnotená cena paládia podstatne vzrásť a nevylučuje sa ani dosiahnutie úrovne platiny. Napr. v roku 2001, keď bola cena platiny US$640/oz, paládia až US$1075/oz. Koncom 2010 by cena bez väčších ťažkostí mohla dosiahnuť aj US$800/oz.

Investors' interest in Palladium has grown steadily in 2008 and 2009, but explodes in 2010. In 2008, combined holdings climbed 380,000 oz a rise of 136% over the year and up until September 2009, they had grown a further 417,814 oz, an increase of 63%, within nine months. More to the point, the accumulation in the Palladium ETFs has been steady, with few redemptions. Given the structural deficit in the market and years of stockpile sales by Russia (which can not go on forever), plus a good long term demand outlook for the metal.

INDUBITABLY, palladium demand will continue to grow in leaps and bounds, apace with the parabolic rise in its price. In deed and fact palladium may again challenge the price of platinum, which it far surpassed in 2001.

WHAT HAPPENED IN 2001?

In early 2001 the price of platinum was $640/oz, whereas palladium was a whopping $1075/oz. However, TODAY palladium is severely underpriced as platinum closed on Friday (04/09/20) at $1721 vs palladium at only $511...the latter a whopping 70% cheaper than the former.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, palladium's industial demand will soar in 2010, as will its market price. Palladium could easily rise to over US$800/oz this year.
