Pokles cien nehnuteľností v UK do 2011
Podľa niektorých analytikov sa pokles cien nehnuteľností v UK predĺži asi o 24 mesiacov. Určitá stabilizácia cien by mala nastať v 2011 s následným rastom cien o 7,5% v 2012.
Na základe súčasného trendu vývoja predpokladáme, že aj ceny nehnuteľností na Slovensku budú pokračovať v poklese min. v druhom polroku 2009 a prvom v 2010.
